Alaska's deal with the oil producers is a good example also. However, anyone who has lived there is not likely to feel that their situation is improved by it. If you look at the cost of essential goods and services there it is obvious that the UBI has destroyed the "free market" effect and made everyone poorer in comparison to places where those goods and services are simply provided by their government.
