Capitalism makes all of us into children. It says that it is good to feel all of the darker impulses and motivations humans are subject to and even makes sure that those who act out those childish impulses are rewarded for it.
The personality traits that make a good CEO are exactly those we attempt to break our children from at an early age so they can function in society with others. The wealthy can forego such training of their offspring with the relative assurance they will be fine, and even prosper, without it, but the non-wealthy who attempt to groom their offspring for leadership in capitalism are more likely to produce fodder for Cops or America’s Most Wanted.
