Democrats can't offer any real contrast to Republican policies as long as they remain dedicated to the neoliberal economics of Clinton and Obama, and they will continue to lose, as they should. The only campaign promise Biden made that he has made any significant effort to keep was the one he made to donors when he promised "Nothing will fundamentally change."

With climate change heading at us like a locomotive and people struggling to find work that doesn't require multiple jobs to live, especially in rural areas, Biden has made mention of "deficit reduction" five times more frequently than he has of climate change mitigation or student loan relief, both of which he ran on. My advice to you would be to put the Democratic party in your rear view mirror and take the best path to offer help for the struggling middle class and poor. I did, long ago, and it is liberating to not have to carry the party's baggage.
