Employers hold the key to promoting vaccine acceptance. They will not be likely to wish another round of shutdowns and disruption of business to coddle someone's political motivations. They can, given their power in the free market, simply fire anyone who refuses the jab and probably not be liable for unemployment payments as well. No government intervention is needed.
