I fully agree. If we allow the politicos to convince us we must "pay for" our survival via taxation we will surely be doomed to extinction. If Americans experienced a sudden epiphany about their economy and how it is funded there would be heads of politicians adorning every lightpost in DC. To learn that "ALL" suffering in this rich country is a political choice, not economics, would be more than many people could take calmly.
