It will be difficult to continue declaring their party "the party of working people" while also cutting unemployment benefits to half of what Republicans gave in the first Covid stimulus and weaseling out of their promise of $2000 checks based upon money previously given by Republicans. I totally hate everything the Republicans stand for, but I'm wondering if I might have been better off in dollar terms with Trump who promised more. Our education system has made econ illiterates out of Americans, but even they can do the simple math between $300 and $600 weekly.
