Not only did his "MOTHER" drive him to the protest across state lines, knowing he intended to carry an "ILLEGAL" weapon, but he also interacted with several law enforcement personnel while openly carrying the weapon. What mother allows (encourages?) a child to engage in activity that requires being armed for "protection", and what kind of law enforcement fails to question the intent of such a child with that weapon.

Kyle may be a victim, but not of the circumstance of the immediate response of protesters. He is the victim of poor parenting, to the point of being mentally abusive and physically endangering, and the failure of law enforcement to protect and serve both him and the protesters. Victims can be found on both sides of most social issues, and sadly, they often die as a result.
