Our election system can be gamed, but only to a point. When 40% don’t bother to vote that gaming can be slightly more effective, but it still doesn’t rise to the level of more than a bit less than a percentage point in any district without raising immediate suspicion. Women are now 51% of the population and I can guarantee that tRump didn’t get elected without support from at least 45% of those who voted. That would likely include all but a handfull of white women. The feminist movement is focusing its energy in the wrong direction and should concentrate on enlisting a majority of their own.
