Perhaps black voters will find out how badly they screwed up when it becomes apparent that Biden isn’t Obama. In fact, Biden was Obama’s signal to Wall St and the wealthy that they had nothing to worry about from the first black President. Obama wasn’t even good for black Americans beyond image and identity politics, so it’s hard to predict how horrific the author of the crime bill and other racist policies and legislation will be for them. Authoritarian racists don’t usually change their stripes.
