Scarborough didn't change his views by much. The Republican party moved to the radical right and the DNC moved in lock step with it. This resulted in Joe being aligned with neoliberal Democrats more than Republicans, but the country is still careening toward fascism with no opposition party to stop it, and his employer is largely responsible for that.
