She is perfectly qualified for her job, which is to represent her constituents in our "representational" democracy. They probably see her lack of nuanced thinking as a positive and are quite proud to have a member of Congress that is "just like them". This will also solidify their devotion as they will see her as a victim of "elitist bullying" when she is questioned by anyone with above grade school logic and vocabulary. If you lack the ability to understand a question just about any answer from someone you identify with will appear truthful.
