The currency used to purchase Bitcoins and give them perceived value doesn't stop circulating. It goes on to be spent or reinvested by the seller. It can't be said that Bitcoin is "free" when one looks at the level of technology and the amount of energy required to mine it, so even the tech and energy industries are a part of the "flow".
