The monopoly issuer of a sovereign fiat currency never "needs" your money to spend. It does need you to need its money, and that is the primary purpose of taxation. Following that, is the need to limit currency in circulation and punish harmful behavior not legislated against.

The federal government supplies the economy with its currency so it can drive resources into the private sector where they are available to it without requiring a separate revenue stream. What the government spends (net after taxes) becomes someone's monetary asset in the private sector. Taxes don't "fund" government's spending. Government's spending new money "funds" taxes and everything else, including its borrowed money via bonds.

With an infinite amount of dollars available to it, government realizes no benefit from "infinity+1" math involved in taxation or borrowing as revenue. Also, one cannot collect or borrow what doesn't yet exist. Your libertarian nonsense is - - - - well, - - nonsense.
