The thought that either of these dullards could understand, much less write, legislation is fantasy. They obtained their positions simply by displaying random anger at everything civilized and that has become synonymous with Republican voters. Unfocussed hatred of everything in our society that keeps us a step or two ahead of the evolution of our ape cousins is their primary claim to fame.

When the stated objective of a political party is the systematic dismantling of our political and legal systems it is time to call them out and simply label them a terrorist organization. We can have disagreement about policy, but we can't abide the hatred for our institutions that these, and other panderers to the ignorant, display as a badge of honor.
