This binary thinking about political affiliation is a false narrative that keeps us divided. There are very small actual discrepancies in the numbers of both red and blue states and appearing gleeful over the deaths of anyone is only giving validation to those who profit politically from the division.

We can, if our efforts are properly directed, take our vaccination arguments above the heads of those politicians and boycott businesses that don't require vaccination for employees and masks for their customers. Hitting the pro-corporate right wing with their own "free market" and forcing them to pick a lane and stay in it will show the political and ideological hypocrisy we've always known was there.
