We don't have to "imagine" what impact climate change will have on food prices. We only have to look at the projected wheat harvest in Kansas for this year and project what cost increases will result from the highly speculative futures markets competing as if they were real producers and processors of our food supply. Our pain will, again as always, be their gain.
