And this is paranoia. Wondering which of those three generations you are in. If you’re a baby boomer like me then you have seen far more scary times.

We took a giant step toward fascism when we allowed Citizens United to be institutionalized by the SCOTUS without ever making any effort to combat it. How can anyone compare the policies of the present administration, stacked with corporate operatives, with the will of a majority of Americans and claim that fearing fascism is paranoia?

Do you actually believe that, political rhetoric aside, that a majority of Ameria wants us to remain shackled to the fossil fuel industry, that has itself admitted the existence of climate change? Do you believe the same majority approves of death sentences for being sick while poor? Or approves of the millions of innocents killed in our proven false “war on terror” where even we can’t pick a side and stick with it? If the democratic process is failing to provide guidance to our elected leaders then what is? After you answer that look up the definition of fascism.

Yes, I’m a boomer, and that means I’m old enough to have seen what a “good economy” looks like, and this ain’t it.
